What is the difference between 3D and 1D artwork?

3D (i.e. Originals/3D Prints): Has real material added.  Able to physically touch and see the real hair.  See product details when purchasing. 
 
1D (i.e. 1D Prints/Accessories): Not able to touch the real hair, but you can see it captured in the print.  See product details when purchasing.
  

Does the artwork come with real hair, fabric and/or jewelry?

Originals: Depends on the painting. Many times they do. See product details when purchasing.  

3D prints: Yes, they do come with real material added. See product details when purchasing.  

1D canvas prints: No, they do not have real material added. It is a photo copy of the original painting on canvas. See product details when purchasing.  

1D paper prints: No, they do not have real material added. It is a photo copy of the original painting on paper. See product details when purchasing.  

Accessories (i.e. Phone case/mug/notebook/tote bags/etc.)No, they do not have real material added.

How can I order a custom painting?

At this time, Tyler is not accepting custom orders. Please sign up for Tyler's email list at the bottom of the home page for updates, if this changes in the future. 

I just placed an order, what's next?

Tyler is so excited that you decided to order some of her artwork! Thank you for supporting her small business!  Once you place an order, please stay tuned for an email with tracking details once the order is fulfilled by either Tyler or her manufacturer.

How long does it take to receive my purchased items?  *Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, these estimate times may shift*

A tracking email will be sent once your order has been fulfilled. The production time varies based on the product. Here is an estimate timeframe:

Originals:
Takes 1-3 business days to fulfill before shipping.
1D Paper Prints:
The 12X18 card stock prints take 1-5 business days to be prepared before shipping. 
1D Canvas Prints:
The 1D paper prints take 4-10 business days to be manufactured and then shipped. 
3D Prints:
Can take up to 3-4 weeks before shipping. These are typically made to order items. If I have the product already, it can be created within a few days.  
Accessories:
Can take 2-8 business days for fulfillment.

How much is shipping?

Shipping prices varies per item and location. Once you get to the checkout window, your shipping fee will be displayed. 
 

Do we offer internationally shipping?

We are based in the U.S. Unfortunately, international shipping is currently not available. However, sign up for Tyler's email list at the bottom of the home page for updates regarding when this feature will be made available again. 

What if my package was lost or damaged?

Please reach out to Tyler to investigate the issue. The items can either be replaced or refunded. Please take photos of the packaging, products  and the packing slip. Each scenario will be treated individually. Thank you for your patience during this very unfortunate situation.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Unfortunately, Inspire By Tyler LLC, does not accept returns nor exchanges. Many items are not fulfilled directly by Tyler, resulting in many complications with returning items. Please ask questions if you are unsure about the items you would like to purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please contact Tyler to investigate.
